The Yale ITS Service Board provides oversight, direction and guidance for the ITS Services Lifecycle.  The board comprises a representative cross-section of ITS staff members. The board  reviews potential new services, ensures Continual Service Improvement (CSI) on operational services, and identifies services for decommission.
