IT Service Catalog - Fiscal Year 18 Changes

The IT Service Catalog, home to IT services available to the Yale community, has undergone a detailed review and some changes are being made for the new fiscal year. The changes are intended to make services easier to find when browsing by category. While individual services are occasionally added or retired, no top-level categories have changed in the past two years. 

Many of the technical services used by developers, researchers, and IT professionals are now grouped separately from the more common services used by students, faculty, and staff. A new service group named Accounts and Access has been created to help individuals connect and gain access to University systems. Some service groups remain the same and others have had name changes for improved clarity. In all cases, you can find easy access to the Help Desk for support and answers while using the service catalog.
