Consistently and efficiently deliver current and evolving technologies that enable client productivity at Yale. Under supervision of the Endpoint Engineering Service Delivery Manager, provide day-to-day operational support, development, and coordination for software delivery, backup services, tier 2 endpoint escalation services, and remote assistance services.

By the end of the 6 months opportunity, the candidate should be able to:
  • Deliver software remotely to managed computers
  • Package/repackage/automate software installations
  • Write basic configuration scripts
  • Understand and write Targeting/Relevance logic
  • Cleanly document engineering process and procedure
  • Understand Active Directory/Group Policy structure and usage
  • Troubleshoot engineering level problems
  • Remotely assist helpdesk and field technical staff
