    Welcome to Identity and Access Management’s site for development and technical teams. This site will contain developer guides, documentation, architecture and other diagrams, and related resources for working with Yale’s IAM services.

  • The Integration Community of Practice [CoP] is open to any members of the Yale community interested in secure, governed and supported  inter-connection of applications and automated services within Yale and between Yale and the internet.  This includes provisioning and use of public and restricted services to automatically interact with Yale data and automated systems.

  • The IT Resilience and Disaster Recovery Program is Yale’s implementation of IT Service Continuity Management. Continuity Management is the process by which plans are created and managed to ensure that IT services can recover and continue should a serious incident occur.


  • This page is home to training resources and information about ITIL, ITS’s chosen framework for Service Management.  Available here are some on demand resources, links to info about ITS office hours and periodic training, and access to the ITS provided ITIL Foundations Certification course, required for all ITS staff. 

  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) provides change management support to projects with an ITS footprint, delivering organizational impact assessments, communications and communication plans, stakeholder analysis, and comprehensive training approaches 

  • It is the intent of the CoP to connect people across the institution to enable sharing, discuss broader issues, challenges, opportunities and commonalities and to drive toward a core of shared knowledge and practices around the project management discipline.

  • Service Management is a set of process driven practices that make up a customer focused approach to service delivery.  ITS uses the ITIL method of service management via the platform ServiceNow.
